Account Usage

Your license is personal and cannot be shared. Each account is intended for individual use only.

Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel anytime via your dashboard. Access remains active until the end of the billing cycle.

Platform Use

You agree not to reverse-engineer our AI or use the platform for illegal activities. All training content is proprietary and protected.

Acceptable Use

Users must conduct themselves professionally and refrain from any behavior that could harm the platform, other users, or Vertix Academy's reputation.

We respect your privacy and are fully compliant with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Swedish IMY guidelines.

Data We Collect

Your email, progress scores, and generated training logs. We only collect data necessary to provide our services and improve your learning experience.

How We Use It

To issue certificates and improve AI performance. We never sell your data. All data processing is done in accordance with GDPR principles of data minimization and purpose limitation.

Your Rights

You may request a copy of your data or full deletion ("Right to be Forgotten") by emailing privacy@vertix-academy.com

Swedish Authority Oversight

As a Swedish-based company, Vertix Academy operates under the supervision of the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten - IMY).

AI & Privacy

Our AI models are trained to anonymize interactions. We do not use your private customer data to train public models.

Vertix Academy is an educational simulation platform, not a gambling operator or financial institution.

No Real Money

We do not accept deposits, wagers, or process real transactions. All scenarios are simulated for training purposes only.

Vertix Academy creates training scenarios based on the highest global standards of compliance and player safety. While we are an independent educational platform and not a licensing body, our curriculum is designed to align with the operational guidelines of major jurisdictions, including:

Vertix Academy offers training and simulation only. We do not provide legal advice, assist with license applications, or guarantee compliance for live operators. Users are responsible for ensuring their own operations comply with local laws.

EU AI Act & AML Compliance

EU AI Act: Vertix Air is designed as a "low-risk" educational tool. We maintain strict human oversight of our content and ensure our AI does not generate prohibited content.

AML/KYC Training: Our simulations reflect the 4th, 5th, and 6th EU Anti-Money Laundering Directives. We train agents to recognize suspicious activity, but Vertix Academy is not a financial institution and does not process real transactions.

We follow the directives of Konsumentverket (Swedish Consumer Agency).

Right of Withdrawal (Ångerrätt)

As a consumer in the EU, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, strictly in accordance with Swedish distance contract laws, this right is forfeited once you start the digital course (i.e., once you log in and access the AI simulator or training modules), as you have consumed the service.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Disputes

In the event of a dispute we cannot resolve, you have the right to contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
